If you are looking to buy products from delliproof.com but you live outside of the United States, please send us an email at [email protected]. Provide us with your location and we will communicate with you and do our best to get you rocking some fresh Delliproof gear nationwide!


Item availability
The item availability is listed in the product details page. All colors and sizes available will be shown and available to add to the shopping cart. Colors and sizes that are unavailable will be grayed out. Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If you happen to order an item that is on backorder we will notify you via email and let you know that there will be a delay. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.

How can I track my order?
You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a delivery confirmation will be sent to your email once the order has reached its reached your palace.


When will my order will shipped?
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 11 AM PST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and usually ship within 1-2 business day pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 11 AM PST will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 11 AM PST will begin processing on the following Monday. Delliproof.com will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification. We do not offer Saturday delivery. *DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS


What is Delliproof's return/exchange policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, we will accept the return or exchange of unworn, unwashed, or defective items, within 14 days of receipt of purchase. Anything after 14 days is subject to a standard of validity and a return may be denied. Please send the original sales receipt with the return shipment. Your card/account will be promptly credited upon return confirmation.
